I am against diets

My sister insists on starting the hCG diet. I am totally against it because I don’t want her to get sick because of this diet. I am trying to make her understand that she can lose the extra fat my exercising and by eating healthy. Taking pills doesn’t help her because it destroys her health. I hope she understands because trying to explain that it is not good is the only thing I can do; I can make her not to start a diet because she is old enough to do whatever she wants.
